※ Online classes from Wednesday, December 24, 2025 (Body Make Yoga) through Saturday, January 10, 2026 (Face Yoga & Flexibility Yoga) will be streamed live from Thailand.
Once again this year, I’ll be sharing our online yoga sessions from the beautiful “Land of Smiles.” I hope you look forward to practicing together from Thailand! ✨
