Hi, it’s Anna 🌿
Have you noticed the signs of summer fatigue showing up on your face?
Once we reach our 40s and 50s, the scalp and facial muscles tend to stiffen, which can affect the jawline and the corners of the mouth.
Today, I’d love to share a simple anti-aging face routine that’s perfect for this stage of life.
By gently caring for your scalp, ears, facial muscles, and jaw muscles, you can refresh tired features, prevent sagging, and even feel more youthful ✨
These are easy steps you can add into your daily routine, and I hope they’ll give you some helpful ideas.
It’s simple, sustainable, and something you can enjoy anytime—so why not give it a try? 🌿
Lift From the Foundation with a Scalp Massage
Since the scalp is directly connected to the face, stiffness in this area can greatly affect your facial contours and expressions.
By taking just a few minutes each day to release that tension, you can support your foundation and work toward a more youthful look 🌿

1. Massage with your fingertips
Using the pads of your fingers, gently massage from the base of your head up toward the crown.
This helps stimulate circulation and leaves your entire face looking refreshed and lifted.

2. Gently lift the hair
Slide both hands into your hair and form loose fists, lightly grasping the strands as you lift upward.
As you do this, imagine the fascia being lifted and released.
You can move in small circles or in any direction that feels good—just be careful not to pull too hard ✨

3. Pinch and lift the scalp
Starting just in front of your ears, gently pinch the scalp and lift it upward.
Think of shifting it slightly away from the skull—this makes the lifting effect easier to feel.
Even these small daily steps can soften the scalp over time, and you’ll notice your expression looking brighter and more refreshed. 🌿
Ear Massage to Improve Circulation
The ears are full of pressure points that are closely connected to circulation throughout the face.
Even the simplest ear care can boost blood flow and bring a fresher, more vibrant look to your expression.

1. Gently rotate the ears backward
Hold your ears softly and rotate them backward in a circular motion.
At the same time, press your tongue lightly against the roof of your mouth and keep your eyes wide open.
Be mindful not to wrinkle your forehead—this helps prevent sagging and enhances the lifting effect. ✨

2. Fold and massage behind the ears
Gently fold your ears inward and massage the area behind them.
This simple move stimulates circulation, helping your complexion look brighter and more refreshed.
It’s also wonderfully relaxing and gives an instant boost of energy. ✨
Facial Muscle Training for a Lifted Smile
To prevent sagging cheeks, it’s important to train the facial muscles and get used to the feeling of lifting the corners of your mouth.
With just a little practice, your whole face can take on a noticeably more youthful and vibrant look. 🌿

1. Corner-lift training
Roll your upper lip gently inward and focus on the firmness around the nasolabial lines.
As you do this, lightly open your mouth and lift the corners upward, making sure the wrinkles smooth out.
The key point is not to use the muscles around your eyes—only engage the cheek muscles.
Repeat this movement several times.
If it feels difficult at first, you can use your hands to gently support the movement from below. 🌿

2. Relax after training
Place the palms of your hands just under your cheekbones and gently lift outward as you open your mouth.
Be careful not to create new wrinkles, and softly release the muscles around the cheekbones.
It’s just as important to relax as it is to train—loosening the muscles restores balance and helps you maintain a natural, effortless expression. ✨
Jaw Massage to Define the Face Line
The masseter muscle, located along the jaw, often becomes tense from habits like clenching or grinding your teeth.
By releasing this area, you can slim and define the jawline while softening your overall expression. 🌿

Massage the masseter with your palms
Place the palms of both hands on your jawline, as if gently holding the sides of your face.
With your tongue pressed lightly against the roof of your mouth, make small circular motions with your palms to release the tension. Keep your shoulders and neck relaxed throughout.
Shift the pressure slightly around the jaw—especially in front of the ears—to loosen tight spots.
As the stiffness melts away, your whole face will start to feel lighter.
You can also rest your elbows on a table and let the weight assist the massage.
This makes it easier to continue without strain, turning it into a relaxing self-care habit.
Just a few minutes a day can noticeably change the impression of your jawline and restore balance to your expression. ✨
Small Daily Habits Shape Your Future Face

All of the routines I’ve shared here can be done in just a few minutes a day—no special tools required.
The key is simple: creating a face that won’t sag.
By caring for your scalp, ears, facial muscles, and jaw muscles in balance, you release unnecessary tension, lift the corners of your mouth naturally, and bring back a brighter, softer expression.
It’s less about “turning back time” and more about restoring your natural beauty. 🌿✨
And remember, you don’t have to do everything at once—choose the movements that feel good and fit easily into your own routine.
Finally, there’s one more habit I truly recommend:
keeping a gentle smile and lifting your corners throughout the day.
Have you ever noticed someone looking unhappy at the supermarket or while out and about?
That’s the perfect moment to check in with yourself and lift your own corners.
Just that little shift brightens your face, lightens your mood, and even spreads positivity to those around you.
A smile really is the ultimate natural face-lift ✨ —the kind of everyday habit that shapes your future face.
